How to Order
Please look up all manufacturer part numbers using the parts schematic included with your reel in the original box. Or use the links provided below to get the correct part numbers. Please make sure your find the exact model of your reel.
After locating the part numbers you seek, enter that number at "Search" tool on the top right of our web page. If there is no results, it means we do not carry. However, you can email us for the parts you need, and we will contact you for your special orders.
We shall process your orders as long as we receive it. Orders are typically filled and shipped out within two (2) business days or less of receipt if all the parts are in stock. The items showed on this website are listings for parts, not our actual inventory. We will try but can't guarantee all the parts in stock. If the ordered parts are out of stock, it could take longer to process your orders. We will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date. You will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email in two (2) business day. You should receive a tracking number after we shipped out your order. If you didn't receive a tracking number after 7-10 business days, please email to us and we are glade to check the order for you.
We can back-order parts for you, but it is your decision to ship order completely or separately. Upon receiving our email regarding out of stock items, we will hold your order for two (2) business days and wait for your reply. If we do not receive any updates from you, we will ship out your order with our current stock and discard all the back-ordered items. We possess the right to ship or cancel your order.
Extra shipping fee will be charged for the back-order shipment. Please be advised, leading time of a back-order varies by manufacturers and products. Sometimes the leading time could up to months.
Generally orders will be shipped via US Postal Service and the rates are based on current rates provided by USPS. A tracking number will be sent to your email after we ship out your order. Our shipping charge is combined with shipping and handling fees, and is shown on your invoice. If your request to use UPS or FedEx service, you will be charged an affordable and reasonable rate based on current rates provided by UPS or FedEx. All the shipping fees on the websites are estimated, the actual shipping fees will not reflect on your total until the day of shipping.
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. For rod blank orders, the shipping rates are size-based.
International Shipping Fee
DHL is the only option for international parcels, no expectations. For the rate, please refer to www.dhl.com. You will receive an international tracking number after we ship out your order. As soon as the order are leave our building, you are responsible for them.
Special Handling Fee
If you want to use your own UPS or FedEx account, you will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.
You may contact us if you wish your order to be shipped a certain way. Ship times for US Postal Service might vary between 2 days to 2 weeks for domestic shipment, depends on the zip code. Ship times for UPS or FedEx might vary between 1 week to 8 weeks for international shipment. If you have preferred shipping method or carrier, please specify when you place the order and we will contact you regarding pricing.
Any broken or defective parts will be at our discretion repaired or replaced under the guidelines of the manufacturers. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your shipment receipt (including gifts). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the damaged items.
If your parcel was damaged during transit, please submit photos of damaged parcel and parts for a return call tag. We will either resend you the replacement or refund in full amount after we receive the original parts back.
Loss of shipment
rodandreelpartsonline.com is not liable to the loss of the shipment. You can file a claim for the loss of the shipment to the carriers along with your tracking number.
rodandreelpartsonline.com does not offer online order cancellation. To cancel an order, please email to email@example.com within two (2) business days of placing your order with your order number.
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your shipment receipt (including gifts). You may return any item in new unopened and unused condition. All returns are subject to a 15% or minimum $3.00 restocking fee. Shipping Fees will only be refunded when we made an error (such as sending the wrong product). Items are not returnable if they are used in any way, or are missing parts.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
